Our Cabinet Process

Our Cabinet Process

At our company, we pride ourselves on delivering a seamless and customized cabinet experience for our clients. Our process is meticulously designed to ensure that every detail of your vision is captured and brought to life with precision and care. Here's an in-depth look at each stage of our cabinet process.

Initial Consultation

Your journey with us begins with a complimentary initial consultation. This hour-long meeting is the foundation of our collaborative relationship and is essential for understanding your specific needs and preferences. During this consultation with one of our highly trained and experienced cabinet designers, we will delve into several key topics to ensure we are on the same page:

Investment Budget for Your Project: We will discuss your financial parameters to ensure that the project stays within your desired budget while still achieving the look and functionality you envision.

Door Styles: There are a myriad of door styles to choose from, ranging from traditional to contemporary. We will review various styles and help you select the one that best compliments your home’s aesthetic.

Painted Cabinets or Wood Species: The choice between painted finishes and natural wood species is significant. We will discuss the pros and cons of each, considering factors like durability, maintenance, and appearance.

Cabinet Construction: Understanding the different construction methods is crucial. We will explain the differences between framed and frameless cabinets, types of joints, and the materials used in construction.

Special Features: Modern cabinetry offers a variety of special features, such as soft-close hinges, pull-out shelves, lazy Susans, and integrated lighting. We will explore these options to enhance the functionality of your cabinets.

By the end of this initial consultation, we will have a clear understanding of your vision for the project. At this point, our cabinet designer is ready to proceed to the Design Phase. A deposit of $599 is required for our designer to begin meticulously crafting your project. Should you choose to purchase cabinetry from us, this deposit will be fully credited toward your purchase of cabinets.

Design Phase

The Design Phase is where your ideas start to take shape. Using the latest cabinetry design software, our designer will spend hours customizing a look that is uniquely yours. This phase involves several steps to ensure that the design aligns perfectly with your vision:

Detailed Measurements: Accurate measurements of your space are critical. Our designer will take precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit for your cabinets.

3D Renderings: To help you visualize the final product, our designer will create detailed 3D renderings of your cabinetry. These renderings provide a realistic view of how the cabinets will look in your space, including the colors, finishes, and layout.

Material Selection: Based on our initial consultation, our designer will incorporate your choices of materials, finishes, and hardware into the design. You will have the opportunity to see how different combinations look in the 3D renderings.

Functional Layouts: The layout of your cabinets is crucial for maximizing space and functionality. Our designer will propose layouts that optimize storage and workflow, tailored to your specific needs and habits.

Iterative Refinements: Design is an iterative process. Our designer will make revisions based on your feedback, ensuring that every detail meets your expectations.

Once the design is complete, a mutually agreeable appointment will be scheduled for you to view your completed design. This brings us to the next phase of our process.

Presentation & Agreement

In the Presentation & Agreement phase, we bring your project to life by turning the design into a concrete plan. This phase includes several important steps:

Viewing the Design: During a scheduled meeting, our designer will present the finalized design. This is an exciting moment where you get to see your vision rendered in detail.

Making Necessary Revisions: If there are any aspects of the design that you would like to adjust, our designer will make the necessary revisions. This ensures that you are completely satisfied with the final plan.

Presenting Final Pricing: We will provide you with a detailed breakdown of the costs associated with your project. This includes the cost of materials, labor, and any additional features you have selected.

Setting Up Ordering and Delivery: Once you approve the design and pricing, we will proceed with ordering the materials. We will also coordinate the delivery schedule to ensure that everything arrives on time and in perfect condition.

Installation Coordination: Our team will work closely with you to schedule the installation at a convenient time. We will also provide you with a detailed timeline so you know what to expect throughout the installation process.

Post-Installation Follow-Up: After installation, we will conduct a thorough review to ensure that everything meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. We will address any concerns you may have and make any necessary adjustments.

By the end of this comprehensive process, you will have a beautiful, functional set of cabinets that perfectly match your vision and needs. Our commitment to excellence and attention to detail ensures that you will be delighted with the final result.
